We carefully prepare and ship orders Monday through Saturday.

Processing & Shipping Times

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Please note that some orders may take a little longer due to the customization process or unexpected equipment/machine issues. This may apply to orders that include engraving or photo inserts.

Custom name jewelry is made from scratch and requires additional production time. Name necklaces, bracelets, and other personalized name items are typically shipped within 4–5 weeks.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.
